Something that explains how PR reviews are conducted, and what potential risks are taken on by accepting code as balanced with the benefits of multiple developers on the project

I will probably end up taking this one, but would love a perspective outside of academic work and my Goldman experience, as it doesn't encompass the general tech world too well
