Various parts of the Constitution have strange structure holdovers from the YUSU template. For example, the strangely indented §5.14 and §7.4. It would probably be a good idea to go through the document and clean up bits like these.
This could possibly be done as a housekeeping change but we have an AGM coming up.

IMHO changing of numbering/heading in any way other than fixing duplicates/gaps is work for an actual ammendment as it can have knock-on effects throughout, and specifically it changes numbering of points which are the unique reference of a part of the constitution.
