Unable to Edit and remove pages

Observed/problematic behavior

Whenever I create a new Page for my plugin it just creates an empty page and I am unable to remove nor edit them.

Expected behavior

I'd expect to be able to either customize or remove pages

Steps to reproduce

Step1:
Click on the plus icon at the pages sidebar

Step 2:
Give it any name e.x "Page 2"

Step 3:
Refresh page as I haven't gotten redirected to the created page automatically

Step 4:
Click on the created page and get hit with the empy soft-locked page
