As part of SACM, for manual cases, a new record should be made in the database. We will need to formalize and format the manual case command and arguments. The case should then be spat out with the proper platform case ping, not MANCASE.

  • Gather Case Information
  • Add Case from Command
  • Remove Case from Command (Both command-created and site-generated)
