Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

In GridAlarms sister plugin, you can see how many Tholds are created for each Threshold Template, and click on them to see the various Tholds.

Describe the solution you'd like

The same thing for GridAlarms.

Additional context

Make RTM easier to use for large enterprise installs.
