IPCC Atlas regional observations not producing time series #79
Comments
Hi Jesus
Many thanks for getting back to me.
It’s under advanced/regional.
Interested in NEU. Any observational data set. All projections appear to be working. Observations were ok until, I think, Tuesday.
Does that help?
Best Regards
Mike

Thank you for reporting. I'm not able to reproduce the problem. Could you add some more detail to the steps to reproduce? A particular combination that fails?
These are e.g. the CRU TS observations over the mediterranean region:

Hi Jesus
Strange.
I’ve retried restarting my browser in case this helped, but no difference. Firefox 95.0.2 on Mac OS 14.6.
permalink changes with each attempt - example attached.

Hi Mike,
I'm afraid we cannot reproduce the problem. Could you provide a permalink and details of versions of your browser / system?
You can get a permalink in the share section:

I'm afraid email attachments don't make it through to github. Could you just paste the URL of the permalink in the body of the message? (permalinks are generated every time you ask for one, even if you did not change any option. No worries, any one of them will do) |
OK. Try again

Thank you. Now I think I see what you mean. Following the permalink, I arrive at the ERA5 temperature time series over NEU. So it works for me. However, from there, if I select other observational data bases (e.g. CRU TS) a message indicating "Something went wrong" appears. |
Great. Look forward to your update.

The problem is temporarily solved by reloading and cleaning the cache (Ctrl-F5 in Chrome), but we are looking into it to find out the error. Thanks for reporting!
