Currently the URL path /streams/ implies that the content to be cached is only of type video stream. In fact all sorts of static content that is needed for offline provision of a VoD portal shall be cached. This includes images and documents (HTML, JS, CSS, JSON). A better name would be /assets/.

Side effects need to be considered carefully as other services may rely on specific route path names.
