Also a non-issue, but I not sure what the @ sign in the Contact list is telling me?

First I thought it is showing me a user's default Channel, but when I change it to Rocket.Chat or a Webhook there is no Icon for that?

I think it's just telling you that you provided an email address for this user. Correct me if I'm wrong.

If so, then why isn't this used for other channels like Rocket.Chat or Webhooks? Why are email addresses treated differently?

I think what I'm really saying is, this UI element isn't very self-explanatory and its purpose isn't very clear.

That is precisely the intent.

There hasn't been an icon defined for them.

And because of this and…
