概要

社会保険料は給与をベースに考えるので、給与より大きくなることはない。
サーバ側ではバリデーションを実装しているが、フロント側でのバリデーションが漏れている。

再現手順

期待される振る舞い

フロントエンド側での社会保険料入力時に給与を上回っていれば、バリデーションエラーとする
