Caddy builds plugins differently now #2

Since go1.12 was released, caddy changed the way in which it is built, and also exposed a more convenient way to create custom builds with plugins (see the main repo readme). As a result, building using the caddyman script fails here: https://github.com/Incubaid/caddyman/blob/master/caddyman.sh#L156
