Add CLI flag for description

Motivation

cli always asks for additional description, it is optional and truncated to 5 chars, it is very hard to have a meaningful description in 5 chars. And if I don't want any description I need to hit SPACE key every time, as if I simply hit ENTER it will select default generated description and truncates it to 5 chars - and our Jira tickets always starts with the same text, let say [Something Text] - so description always would be "somet" - not very good.

Acceptance criteria

• To have smth like --desc=, or it should be empty by default, or --desc-empty=true
