Add a testing base for MkDoxy

Hi, I started developing this tool for my high school project four years ago.
The community has grown, and I want to implement a testing base for MkDoxy.

Test base

It is necessary to test parts separately, and I think the best way is to use pytest.
If you have better ideas, please let me know.

I will be happy to help with this task.
I haven't had much time to implement this feature recently, but I will try to help you as much as possible.

How to Contribute

It is also necessary to write down the rules for contributing to this project.
If anyone has experience with this, I will be happy to help.

Alternatives

I know that Sphinx has an excellent tool for generating documentation doxysphinx.
However, I am a big fan of MkDocs and would like to improve this tool to be stable and useful for everyone.
