NOTES ON SPLIT FILES FOR GITHUB ARCHIVE.txt

You'll have to merge these files. In Linux, you can use 'cat'. If nothing else, you can open them up in a text editor (!be sure it can handle large files!), and manually copy the parts and paste them into a reconstituted file. The parts all end in "-*", where the * is a group of letters that denotes the order of the pieces. I had to do this to avoid using git-lfs after this was downloaded enought that the free git-lfs account ran out of bandwidth.
