@ven-k do you see any missing gaps in the existing doc here: https://docs.julialang.org/en/v1/manual/noteworthy-differences/ ? If so, let's just add the info in a pull request there and we can just link to that page rather than writing our own.

  1. It is quite comprehensive about the technical details (Julia -vs- MATLAB, python, c++)
    If there is anything, I will create a PR as instructed.

  2. Could I add syntax comparison?

  3. And also, will Pytorch-vs-Flux fit here? Or should I make a PR in Flux.jl repo (It is in it's initial draft and I will complete it's 0.1 soon)
