Zensierte Daten Tooltip

Als Laie,
möchte ich eine kleine Hilfe-Stellung zu den zensierten Daten sehen,
um zu erkennen, dass die Daten hier mit Absicht zensiert sind.

  • Bootstrap Tooltip implementieren

Allgemeine Akzeptanzkriterien

  • Clean Code Kriterien eingehalten
  • Code ist ausreichend kommentiert (insb. TSDoc vorhanden)
  • Funktionalität ist mit Tests abgesichert
