Markdown support for class notranslate

Hello

My use case is the following:

• I don't want to translate my pages and I invite my readers to use Google Translate when they need a translation
• By default all text is translated
• It's problematic for name of brands such as Kelkoo Sales Tracking or Links
• It's possible to let Google Translate knows when he should not translate: we just need to enclose the text in a p tag with class notranslate
  ex: Hello, my name is

  pierre

• Having the option to have a similar feature in markdown syntax would be amazing

Just keeping the attributes of would do the trick. But they are both removed.
