Adding operators with different keyboard layouts (except US) doesn't work #27

Hey again, the thing is that I have a German layout keyboard. I see that in this plugin you filter out keystrokes by event.which . This way when I press a '-' operator on my German keyboard it doesn't show up in the formula because the e.which is a different number than it would be on an US layout keyboard.

Hello, the same happens with spanish keyboard. I have to press 9 and 0 to draw parenthesis, when they are on 8 and 9 keys in my keyboard

Same problem with italian keyboard.
For example, when I type Shift + 9 I get ( instead of )
