[feature request]统一Bot消息事件 #167

现有的消息事件根据消息的场合 (群私聊临时会话) 被分为了几种不同的事件这些事件的内部成员命名没有一个统一的规范

例如 FriendMessageEvent 和 GroupMessageEvent 这两个消息事件在大部分地方上都是重合的但是其内部指向消息发送人和消息发送位置的成员命名却完全不同尽管已经有 BotGroup 和 BotFriend 这两个类事件内部成员仍然使用 QQ号和 Q群号

完全可以让消息事件共同继承一个消息事件父类同时抛弃QQ号和Q群号转为使用 BotGroup 和 BotFriend 以此来灵活的实现消息事件的处理
