I'm having issues with the installer TyTools-0.9.8-win64.msi on some computers, I'm getting error codes 2503 and 2502 during install. I'm I missing some assumptions about requirements? I have no issues installing on some other computers.

I've never used the installer.
Get the ZIP for windows and putting contents into its own directory to run from has always worked - maybe requiring marking the files 'Unblocked'
