The Qt download link is obsolete. But changing the url a little makes it work.

Current link (wrong): http://download.qt.io/official_releases/qt/5.12/5.12.11/submodules/qtbase-everywhere-src-5.12.11.zip

New working link: http://download.qt.io/archive/qt/5.12/5.12.11/submodules/qtbase-everywhere-src-5.12.11.zip
