As a developer, I want to extract the calculation of the FluidBodyVector RHS contribution into a calculator component, such that it is easy to maintain/re-use.

Acceptance Criteria
The calculation of the FluidBodyVector in the TransientPwLineElement is extracted into a calculator, taking into account that it should be re-usable for 2D/3D calculations
