No heartbeat + Portal back broken on Fabric 1.21.1

Description:
There is no sound produced by the Heart of the Deep, in the overworld and in the otherside.
I tested it without any other mods
And the portal in the ancient temple is broken and we can't rebuild it since it's made of uncraftable block

To Reproduce:
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Ancient City' and 'The Other Side'
2. Kill the warden and take his heart
3. No sound, even in the subtitles
4. Go to the otherside, in a ancient temple and see the broken portal
