The current mixmod_pdf only supports mixtures of norm distributions, but it would be pretty handy to have this for mixtures of all pdf_gen distributions, or at least all the scipy ones. For a concrete example in photo-zs, GPz's most natural format is really a mixture of truncnorm components because bugs arise when imposing the normalization conditions with norm components when performing operations restricted to positive x values. (Related to #162)
