Multishot and Burst extra arrows do no damage

Plugin version: '4.21.27'
Server type: 'Paperspigot.'
Server version: '1.15.2'
Describe the bug
Once you fire, multishot for a bow drops extra arrows in front of you and doesnt hit targets, burst does no further damage than one arrow

Expected behavior
Multishot = all arrows flying and damaging the target
Burst = all arrows deal damage
To Reproduce

1. Install the plugin
2. Start the server
3. utilize enchants with normal arrows
4. watch as added damage doesnt happen, or arrows drop
