Allow setting an icon for a folder, instead of the preview of its contents

De-clutters the home screen
As an interim improvement while we wait for cover mode

No, it's a suggestion for an in-between feature, while cover mode is developed. Just allowing users to give a folder an icon, and not change it's clock/swipe behaviour
