[FEATURE] Launcher animation when going back to homescreen

Describe the feature

When returning to the homescreen, add an animation where the homescreen fades in and bounces down similar to Pixel Launcher and when Lawnchair is set as a recents provider.

Why would it be useful to add?

Animation on rootless devices using custom launchers sucks. Adding these animations at least improves the animations a little, especially devices with GestureNavContract support

Did the feature exist in Lawnchair v2? (Play Store version)

Additional context

I tested Hyperion Launcher which has the fade-in animation. On Samsung devices using 3-button navigation, the animation doens't play but it would still be very useful for gesture navigation users.
