[BUG] In LANDSCAPE mode, At a Glance too small and Dock icons not centered #5193

Describe the bug

When in landscape mode, the At A Glance text size becomes very small
When in Landscape mode, the Dock Icons are aligned at the bottom and not in the center of the screen

Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Ativate Screen Rotation
Turn phone to landscape mode

Expected behavior

At A Glance text should be bigger
Dock icons should align at the center of the screen
