[FEATURE] Allow home screen shortcuts or PWAs installed from browsers to appear in the app drawer

Describe the feature

Rather than adding PWAs from browsers and website shortcuts to the home screen, one could add them to the app drawer.

Why would it be useful to add?

Would allow for more freedom to keep the home screen looking the way users want.

Did the feature exist in Lawnchair v2? (Play Store version)

I believe Chrome has a feature like this, but I do not use Chrome. They implement it differently though according to the Nova team when I talked to them about it a few months ago.
