Lower the attachment of chains

First I'd like to once again share my appreciation & admiration for the mod. Definitely one of my favorites.

The issue: you can lead on players using a regular (vanilla) chain, this mechanic works flawlessly. However, the chain gets attached to a players face which makes this look a bit weird.

My suggestion / question: would it be possible to lower the point of attachment, for example to the waist level? Obviously things would still look a bit artificial but I think it would also look less "weird" than dragging someone around by their face and/or nose.
