LilyBukkit test server

I will open a server that will run the latest LilyBukkit build for testing purposes.

You'll be able to connect to it through a Hamachi group (you can use Haguichi if you're running Linux). The maximum number of slots is planned to be 50 players, but it may decrease/increase, depending on the performance of the hosting machine and the amount of join requests.

To get Hamachi network credentials and IP address of the server, contact VladG24#7800 on Discord.
