[Bug] Manage Plugins

Hi @LivingWithHippos hope you are doing well.
Got a quick query - I updated to the latest v1.3.5, under Search when I go to 'Manage plugins', I can see 3 new entries, it says Downloading, plugin installed but it doesn't show tick mark against those, also unable to update for fitgirl, please refer screen record to better understand the issue https://streamable.com/1ip6wd
what am I doing wrong?
