How can you best utilize these strengths in the execution of your project?
- We can best utilize all of these strengths to create a webpage because each component of the creation of the website requires all of the skils each team memeber is confident in.

Knowing that every person in your team needs to understand all aspects of the project, how do you plan to approach the day-to-day work?
- We will all meet and discuss each day. After the meeting everybody should be know what they should be working on and also a deadline.
What will be your group’s process to resolve conflict, when it arises?
- We will make a pro's and con's list and compare the different problems and resolve them.
What will your team do if one person is taking over the project and not letting the other members contribute?
- We will have intervention sort of thing and discuss a way we can all contribute.
How will you approach each other and the challenges of the project knowing that it is impossible for all members to be at the exact same place in understanding and skill level?
- We are all meeting up each day, so if someone gets stuck, we can all try and help. If we all cant help the problem, ask the teacher.
How will you raise concerns to members who are not adequately contributing?
- We will do an intervention.
How and when will you escalate the conflict if your resolution attempts are unsuccessful?
- When all solutions have been exhausted.
What hours will you be available to communicate?
- 9AM-5PM Mon-Fri. Communication is key.

- Slack/Discord/Zoom.

- 5-10min break every hour.

- Reevaluate scope... Take some things off the scope.

- Let everyone share their opinions no matter what.

- Chat before we start to see how everyone is doing in general!

-Task board and assign task every day. Once complete, cross them off.
