Create an example resource

But actually it would be best to have a minimal example in the ontology file directly.
Ideally something using all available properties.
So let's say for 5 morphemes or so.

I am simultaneously creating a German example. See deu_schema.ttl and deu_inventory.ttl in the "lang" folder on develop branch.
