Account Recovery Guide

Did you forget your transfer code? Accidentally break your phone in two, and have no way to access your account? If so, we've got you covered!

Currently, the Japanese app and the Worldwide/English app are running on two different versions. Because of this, they have two different Recovery Forms.

Japanese Version

There are two places where you can reach the Recovery Form. The first is from the title screen. Follow the screenshots below to navigate through the Support. Upon clicking on the button that says "Data Transfer", it will take you to a Recovery Form that is different from the Worldwide/English Version.

Alternatively, you can access the Recovery Form from the main menu in game by clicking on this button in the menu. It will take you to the same thing as the third image from above.

The following is a translated form of the Recovery Form. Credits to sakikonishi#7548 on Discord for translating the entire form!

Worldwide/English Version

If you lost your account, then you need to get in contact with CraftEgg. The way to do this is through email! You can find their email by going to "Support" under the main menu and/or title screen (it is the same button provided in the JP guide above.) It will have a few sections completed for you, such as your player name and the version your phone is running on. Alternatively, you can send an email to "[email protected]". However, you will need to fill out the form by hand. Regardless of how you do it, you must fill out AT LEAST the following:

Section Details
Player Name Your In-Game Name. If you do not know what this is, it is the name you see when you're in Mutli-Lives. The default name is "New Staff". This will be automatically completed if you access the Recovery Form directly from the game.
Player ID Commonly referred to as Friend ID, this is the ID on your profile that users can use to search you in the "ID Search" to add you as a friend. To find it, go to the main menu>profile>and look for this: yes
Details This is where you will talk about your account in great detail. Include screenshots, things you can remember, anything that can help verify that you are the owner of the account. There is a list below indicating things that are helpful.
Time of occurrence Provided in DD/MM/YYYY format, input the date in which you lost the account. If you do not remember the exact date, an approximate is fine.
OS The PHONE version you are currently running, i.e. iOS 11 or Oreo for Android. This will be automatically completed if you access the Recovery Form directly from the game.
Model The model of your phone, i.e. iPad Air, Samsung Galaxy s8.
App Version The current version of the Bandori app. This will be automatically completed if you access the Recovery Form directly from the game.

While this is the bare minimum, we strongly advise that you provide everything you can, such as the amount of Star Gems currently on your account, any Star Gem purchase history, etc:

  • Transfer ID + Password
  • Player Rank
  • Amount of stars
  • Members on main team (the team that shows up on your profile)
  • Star purchase history- date when purchased especially useful
  • Last thing you did in-game
  • Time you last logged in
  • Birthday (year and month only)
  • Start date of account
  • Highest ranking band (seen from your profile)
  • Highest ranking band rank (numerical value of highest ranking band)
  • Receipts on purchases

This guide was built off of a shortened version of Bandori.Party staff member Passionate's translated account recovery guide back when Bandori was a Japanese game only. Since then it is now available Worldwide. However, if you would like to see the full guide for one reason or another, please go to the link HERE for the full version.
