Did you forget your transfer code? Accidentally break your phone in two, and have no way to access your account? If so, we've got you covered!

The guide that will be presented below is a shortened version of Bandori.Party staff member Passionate's account recovery guide, so please go to the link HERE for the full version.

How to contact CraftEgg

If you lost your account, then you need to get in contact with CraftEgg. The way to do this is through email! You'll need to send an email to "[email protected]" with at least the following:

プレイヤーID:[ID ###]

■発生日時: 年 月 日 時 分頃

端末情報:

OS:[phone OS]

ご利用機種名:[phone model]

アプリバージョン:[bandori version]

If you have screenshots or any more info you can provide to identify the account, then add that in too.

The first bullet point is suppose to be you explaining your inquiry. You could google translate what you want to say, or use one of these two suggested phrases:

The second is the date and time of occurence, so fill that out in the format of Year/Month/Date/Hour/Minute

Once you have all this info, hit send, and wait for a reply.

Replying

If the info you provided wasn't enough, then they'll likely send a reply asking for more info. You can google translate everything sent back, but here's a list of common responses players have received before to help you with this process:
