Enable "Set Ownership" Functionality for Container Projects

Hi @Fryguy, @himdel

We need the Set Ownership functionality to be implemented for the Container Project page.

When we click the Set Ownership button, it should open the ownership form as shown in the attached screenshot.

Could you guide us on the correct approach to implement this feature for Container Projects? Should we add the missing attributes, or is there an alternative method to achieve this functionality?
