MS Data
The input MS data must conform to the following:
•	Format: Thermo raw (other file formats should be available in the future)

wondering how to proceed to get the support for timsTOF-pro data?

I am working on support for timsTOF-pro data, even if MSLibrarian cannot handle that file format as of now. I will
get back to you once it is available.
