The “Domain Rule for Russia” route does not work.

I tried that, the error is still the same.

I had the same error with 1.3.4 but then update files and create new rule and it's start working.

No idea what is the problem with this version.

Btw I've reverted 1.2.9, because new version is not working properly with 24 by 365, notifications is not coming, calls coming but after second time.

I made ignore battery optimization but it's not helping.
