mongodb database roles for newrelic user to monitor database

Hi Team,

We need to understand two things

First:
We have installed mongdb plugin and created newrelic user in mongo database. Now please let us know which roles should we grant to newrelic user to monitor mongodb datanase?

Second:
We have provided username and password in plain text in newrelic mongodb plugin configuration file. Does newrelic provide any encryption method to secure the db credentials?
