[RFE] Semi-automatically assign unassigned crew

Brief Description of Enhancement *

Adding a background check when 'hiring minimum crew' that checks to see if applicable personnel are already in the company, and unassigned, which would then be assigned to the vehicle, with any empty crew space remaining being filled the normal way. Maybe have a check box or secondary option to force a crew hire (or a GM tool)

Use Cases or Rationale

When removing/selling a DS, the crew gets left behind, meaning if you want to assign the old crew to a new DS, you have to do it by crew type, IE, all gunners, or all pilots, but not both at the same time.
I'm sure similar issues exist with all multi-crew vehicles, I just noticed it with the DS.
