Anyone takes any role, by taking it
Self-declared -actualized -activated -propelled
Everyone gets this "ability" just by being there
No need to receive approval from anyone
No permission needed.
I.E. you enter, you are organizer
Later the Ntrain system deprecates your permissions automatically by spotting your actions558bad348654c4d8a8928789
