The valid time of the forecast in the format "YYYYMMDDHH00Z" where:
YYYY is the four-digit year
MM is the two-digit month - example: 04 is April
DD is the two-digit day - example: 08 is the 8th day of the month
HH is the two-digit hour - example: 1800 which stands for 1800Z or 1800 UTC
Note that the Z at the end indicates that this is Zulu or UTC time.

Describes the strength and location of high pressure centers. The first value is the central pressure in millibars. The second value is the location of the feature in latitude and longitude precise to the tenths of a degree. In the example above,
1025 4040702 - This is a 1025 millibar (mb) high centered at 40.4 degrees North (N), 70.2 degrees West (W).
1013 5840947 - A 1013 mb high centered at 58.4N 94.7W.
1018 5091116 - A 1018 mb high centered at 50.9N 111.6W.
1020 2940837 - A 1020 mb high centered at 29.4N 83.7W.

Describes the strength and location of low pressure centers. In this example,
1015 5230774 - This is a 1015 mb low centered at 52.3N 77.4W.
