Reproduction:

Undergoing a head amputation to regrow a new one due to mutation, I was able to regrow my head but not my tongue. This was done in a stasis bed, I don't know if that may have affected the outcome. Otherwise head regrow seemed to function properly.

This is unintended side effect of the mutation or something similar. Oozling tongues are defined in the chest and dont get removed during amputation. However certain mutations mess with this like the headless mutation. It's hard to really catch these rare cases. I can have a fix just regrow these organs if they are missing. They shouldnt be missing under normal circumstances so I didnt consider it.
