Mostley putting it here for logging purposes but the two listed symtomps have not worked in any case of my testing. Likley a issue with on_touch() proc as they both share it

They do not work. You will get the initial prompt of your skin feeling spiky or weak and whatnot. However, bumping into others will never deal damage to yourself or others. Making them both functionally a fancy waiting symptom.
