Reproduction:

I have a corgi that I spawned in using a pet item, and after a bit in the round, it stopped responding to orders completely. Uppon inspect it no longer has the text that lets you know it is fond, or determines you as it's owner.

Again, i don't know the cause of this but it did happen.
