Add ability to include and run executables as part of the testcase

It would be beneficial to allow the adapter to include and run an executable. One use case for this would be for communication with WebPush. The adapter could include the code necessary to stand up a WebPush service for the testcase to communicate with. Grizzly would handle executing the testcase and killing the process once the test has completed.
