Beta Release 2.2.0
MyCrypto Beta 2.2.0 Release Notes
Wednesday, 26 August 2020
This release has a TON of things that’ll improve your quality of life when using MyCrypto. We hope you like it!
Here’s the latest!
Hardware Wallet Scanner
When plugging in a Ledger or Trezor device to add an account to your dashboard, you can now Scan the hardware wallet for all accounts with cryptocurrency across all common derivation paths. You can generate fresh accounts from this interface and add multiple accounts to your dashboard easily at once.
No more worrying about finding the right derivation paths - we’ll do the work for you!
REP Token Migration Tool
You can migrate your REPv1 tokens to v2 using our new widget, accessible from your dashboard and also in the Tools menu.
Augur v2 is live and if you’re a holder of the old REP v1 tokens, you’ll need to migrate to v2.
Transaction Status Tool
Examine any transaction by entering the TX Hash to view the information in our familiar Transaction Status format. This tool can be accessed both in your transaction history and in the Tools menu.
Bug Fixes, Updates & Improvements
There are a handful of other minor additions and bug fixes in this release, in addition to library updates and framework improvements in anticipation of future releases.

MyCrypto Beta 2.1.0 Release Notes

Today’s release is a big one and has a handful of things that we’re very excited about.
Here’s the latest!
Protected Transactions
This is a new feature that can be found and enabled when you go to send a transaction. When activated, this feature will analyze the recipient address that you input and will reveal important information about that address. If you continue and send the transaction, you’ll have the option to cancel the transaction for a period of time. Read more.
This feature is free to use for all users during beta (partially thanks to the insane gas prices the network is seeing right now). In the future, there will be an associated fee.
MyCrypto Membership
This is a new feature that can be found within your Dashboard. Purchasing a MyCrypto Membership will yield benefits to users, though upon launch, the MyCrypto Membership is largely a way to support MyCrypto. The benefits included upon launch are an ad-free experience and physical swag. More membership-oriented features are also in the works. Read more.
Like it says above, right now the MyCrypto Membership is largely a way to support the MyCrypto team, and we appreciate it! At a point in the future, Protected Transactions will only be free to MyCrypto Members, but for now that feature is available to all.
Add Multiple MetaMask Accounts At Once
This is both a new feature and a major improvement to the MetaMask experience within MyCrypto. You can now add multiple MetaMask accounts to MyCrypto at once. Selecting more than one account inside of MetaMask allows the Add Account tool to see all selected accounts and add them in one click. They are then immediately available at the Dashboard.
Bug Fixes, Updates & Improvements
There are a handful of other minor additions and bug fixes in this release, in addition to library updates and framework improvements in anticipation of future releases.

Here’s the latest!
Address Label Editing
You now have the ability to edit your address labels in many more areas of MyCrypto, including within your Recent Transactions, Transaction Receipts, and Transaction Confirmations.
Previously, you could only edit an address label in the Accounts and Address Book areas.
Firefox & Web3
We’ve fixed a bug where a Web3 wallet would not be properly detected when using MyCrypto on Firefox.
Mobile Scrolling
We’ve fixed a bug that made the scrolling experience less than ideal when using MyCrypto on a mobile browser.
