Describe the bug
When going to https://market.mycroft.ai/skills there is no clear indication of what skills are available to install nor what skills are installed.
find a skill named privacy that is installed. try to find information about what it does
go to marketplace don't find what is installed.
go to skills see that the mark II app is installed.
Go to market place find what it does. it can chance faceplate brightness. Does not seem to work. So not installed? Or am I saying the command wrong?
Expected behavior
A legend explaining what green tick is what the blue mycroft icon means. And if needed an indication to know what app is installed. 3-6 steps above
Explanation of what skill does on the home section or a link to the marketplace to be able to find it out. 6-7 steps above.

As mentioned in mattermost. dinkum does not interact with market place but the skills market still marks some skills as installed. In the market place image posted it shows the blue logo even though I only have a mark2 device.
