Same IP address range after restarting?

I'm currently running the app on the OnePlus 10 and the app worked really well. However, everytime I restarted the phone the ip address changed. May I ask if there is a way that I can keep the same ip range address after the phone restart? like what pdanet has implemented?

I'ved tried to goole search but pdanet is the only app that allow me to do that.

If you use repeater in this app, it should also give you a static IP range (192.168.49.1/24) as a workaround.
