ODD PI 25.2 Objective 3: Visualize OCO-3 Datasets Using titiler-xarray

Motivation

he OCO-3 dataset is valuable to both GHG Center and JPL teams.

Description

Because of the nature of this dataset (spatially sparse site-specific Zarr stores), we would not be able to visualize this as one global dataset. We will consult with the data services and UI teams, but it seems likely we would replicate the setup of the blacklights data where, upon loading the map explorer, each data site has a marker and the user can zoom into that site to see the data.

Acceptance Criteria

• OCO-3 Zarr data is available in the VEDA map explorer (preview is okay, but staging or prod deployment is preferred).
